SERVICES
Interplay Therapy
At the heart of Footprints is Interplay Therapy — a relationship-based, attachment-informed approach.
Therapists invite both child and caregiver into a shared play space where moments of trust, safety, and understanding are built.
Through these interactions, we gently repair relational patterns and support the child’s emotional regulation and sense of self.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Workshops
Our CPD workshops support early childhood educators and primary teachers to respond effectively to trauma and challenging behaviours. Grounded in theory and informed by best practice, these workshops focus on understanding behaviour through an Interplay lens and building practical, confident skills that support children’s wellbeing and learning.
Supervision
Our 1:1 supervision sessions allow Early Childhood Educators and Primary Teachers to explore specific concerns related to individual children, providing a reflective space to deepen understanding and develop tailored approaches within the childcare or classroom environment.
Therapy Assistant
Our Therapy Assistants work closely under the guidance of qualified therapists to help children practice and generalise new skills in their daily environments.
They support therapy goals through play, routine-based learning, and gentle encouragement — turning everyday moments into opportunities for growth.
Support Worker
Our Support Workers provide practical, compassionate assistance to help families maintain routines, engage in community activities, and build independence.
They are trained to nurture emotional safety and connection while helping children participate fully in home and community life.
